Legal & Platform Policy

1. Eligibility for Withdrawal

Withdrawal capabilities on CreativeHubPH apply exclusively to service providers (freelancers) withdrawing cleared, eligible earnings earned from completed projects, service orders, or design contests.

Client Wallet Deposits Notice: Funds added to a client wallet are non-withdrawable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Client wallet credits may be used solely to fund contests or pay for freelance services on CreativeHubPH.

Available freelancer earnings are those not currently tied to active projects, pending approval, held in escrow, or involved in an ongoing dispute.

2. Identity Verification

To maintain financial security, freelancers must complete the verification methods currently available on the platform, including mobile phone verification, before initiating a withdrawal. Government-issued identity verification is temporarily unavailable and is not currently required for withdrawals.

Additional verification may be required for large withdrawals or if we detect changes in account behavior.

3. Payout Methods & Minimums

CreativeHubPH supports a variety of payout methods for Filipino creatives:

Local Bank Transfer: Major Philippine banks.
E-Wallets: GCash, Maya, and other supported digital wallets.
Minimum Amount: The minimum amount for withdrawal is currently ₱500.00.

4. Processing Timelines

We strive to process withdrawals as quickly as possible. Standard processing times are typically:

Admin Review: 1–2 business days.
Bank/Gateway Transfer: 1–3 additional business days depending on the financial institution.
Total Expected Time: 1–5 business days from request to receipt.

5. Security & Fraud Review

Every withdrawal request is subject to a review for fraud, disputes, or suspicious activity. CreativeHubPH may delay or reject withdrawals connected to:

Active payment disputes or chargebacks.
Suspicion of account compromise or unauthorized access.
Violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
Incomplete identity verification.

6. Failed Withdrawals & Fees

If a withdrawal fails due to incorrect bank or e-wallet details provided by the freelancer, any reversal fees charged by our payment partners will be deducted from the freelancer's balance.
