Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose & Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the standards and limitations governing your interaction with **CreativeHubPH**. It applies to all users (Clients and Freelancers) and covers message transcripts, file uploads, portfolio assets, project submissions, and API interactions.
By utilizing the platform, you agree to comply with this AUP. We reserve the right to audit submissions, review chat histories during dispute resolutions, and suspend any user who violates these parameters.
2. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities on CreativeHubPH:
- Circumvention (Off-Platform Transactions): Soliciting or accepting payments outside CreativeHubPH for projects initiated on the platform. All client billing and freelancer payouts must go through our official payment gateway invoicing or wallet system.
- Identity Spoofing: Creating false profiles, registering under a name other than your legal name, uploading fake government IDs, or sharing accounts with other individuals.
- Coercion & Feedback Abuse: Coercing or threatening users in exchange for reviews, manipulating ratings, or offering compensation for positive ratings.
- Financial Fraud: Depositing funds from stolen accounts, initiating chargebacks to bypass dispute moderation, or using fake transaction references.
3. Portfolio & Communication Standards
Any content you upload, including profile photos, portfolio showcases, messages, and project work files, must comply with the following standards:
Content Guidelines:
- Intellectual Property: You must own or hold the necessary licenses for all uploaded work. Do not upload plagiarized work, copyrighted images, or assets that infringe on third-party patents or trademarks.
- NSFW Restrictions: Do not upload pornography, sexually explicit content, or depictions of violence.
- Professionalism: Harassment, hate speech, defamation, and discriminatory language are strictly banned in all message transcripts and review sections.
4. Security & System Integrity
You must not compromise the safety or stability of the CreativeHubPH infrastructure:
- Malicious Code: Uploading files, scripts, or programs containing viruses, trojans, worms, or other malware intended to corrupt platform databases or user browsers.
- Scraping & Automation: Using automated crawlers, bots, or scrapers to extract user emails, portfolio assets, or pricing data from the website without our explicit written permission.
- API Exploitation: Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or bypass authentication routes on `api.creativehubph.com`.
- Spamming: Sending unsolicited mass messages, ads, or job links to users via our messaging system.
5. Moderation & Enforcement
CreativeHubPH reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor, review, or moderate user accounts, portfolios, and message logs.
Enforcement Actions: Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Immediate removal of offending portfolio assets or files.
- Formal warnings and temporary account limitations.
- Permanent account suspension and forfeiture of escrowed balances.
- Reporting of fraudulent or illegal activities to appropriate local authorities (such as the NPC, PNP Anti-Cybercrime Group, or BIR in the Philippines).
