CreativeHubPH is designed to support secure transactions, verified workspaces, project records, dispute assistance, and platform operations for clients and Filipino creatives.
2. Standard Platform Fee

CreativeHubPH applies a standard 8% platform fee on completed eligible transactions.
The platform fee helps maintain the website, payment workflow, support channels, dispute handling, fraud prevention, infrastructure, feature development, and other operational needs of CreativeHubPH.

Freelancer Referral Benefit
When a freelancer refers a client to CreativeHubPH and that client hires them through the platform, the freelancer may receive a discounted platform fee for eligible transactions.
The client must sign up using the freelancer’s valid referral code or referral link. The transaction must also be completed through CreativeHubPH.
Referral discounts are intended to reward freelancers who help bring legitimate clients into the CreativeHubPH ecosystem while keeping transactions safe and traceable inside the platform.
5. Eligibility & Abuse Checks
Fair Use Policy
Referral discounts may be subject to verification, platform approval, and abuse checks. CreativeHubPH may deny or remove discounts for suspicious, duplicate, fake, self-referred, or manipulated signups.
Deals completed outside CreativeHubPH are not eligible for referral benefits, platform protection, escrow support, dispute assistance, or official transaction records.

CreativeHubPH may update platform fees, referral discount rules, promotional rates, eligibility requirements, or related policies as the platform grows. Major updates will be announced through official platform notices or community announcements.
